Information We Collect
PulseSystems Monitor may collect service status data, response times, outage history, incident records, maintenance windows, monitored service names, health-check URLs, service groups, retry and threshold settings, and uptime history.
Admin access uses Discord OAuth and may store the authorized admin Discord ID, username, session cookie data, login timestamps in server logs, and security events such as unauthorized access attempts.
How We Use Information
We use monitor data to display public status, detect outages, send Discord alert webhooks, schedule maintenance windows, maintain uptime history, provide JSON and incident APIs, secure admin access, and troubleshoot PulseSystems services.
Public Status Data
The public status page and APIs may show service labels, current status, uptime percentages, response times, incidents, and maintenance windows. Do not place secrets, private customer information, or sensitive internal details in public service labels or incident text.
Cookies and Sessions
The admin area uses an Express session cookie to keep authorized staff signed in. Discord OAuth is handled by Discord, and Discord may process information under its own policies.
Sharing and Retention
We share data with Discord for OAuth and alerts and with hosting, database, logging, and security providers needed to run the monitor. Uptime history, incidents, and operational logs are kept while useful for status reporting, security, troubleshooting, legal needs, or backups.
