Terms of Service
Using the Monitor
PulseSystems Monitor provides a public status page and restricted admin tools for tracking uptime, response times, incidents, maintenance windows, and service health for PulseSystems services.
Admin Access
Admin access is restricted to authorized Pulse Systems staff through Discord OAuth. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, use another person's account, scrape private admin data, or modify monitored services without permission.
Status Information
Status information is provided for transparency and operational awareness. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate during outages, or affected by third-party network, hosting, Discord, DNS, database, or health-check behavior.
Acceptable Use
Do not overload the monitor, abuse the JSON or incident APIs, probe admin endpoints, inject malicious service data, expose secrets through labels or URLs, or use the monitor to attack PulseSystems or third-party services.
Availability and Liability
The monitor is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop at any time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pulse Systems is not liable for indirect damages, downtime, incorrect status reports, missed alerts, lost history, or third-party outages. These terms are not legal advice.
